Ruling How Does Dual Bullet Work with Damage Enhancers?

so I know magnezone EX is a relatively bad card. But I was wondering if I put a muscle band on it, does it do 70 damage to 2 pokemon instead of 50? I know that Blaziken's attack burning shot from furious fists works with muscle band so im wondering how magnezone's works.

Muscle Band only increases damage done to your opponent's Active Pokemon, so if you choose a Benched Pokemon to do the damage to, the attack only does 50 to that Pokemon. Magnezone should get the damage boost from Muscle Band if you choose to do the damage to your opponent's Active Pokemon.
