That is if you are looking to buy the cards. If you are looking to sell those cards, then drop the price on all of them by around 1 dollar, except Claydol.
 
Those guys seem to have the right prices, but in me experience the only difference are:

Bebe= 3+ (if its less i would be surprised)
Rosanne's= 5ish [i don't see them lower and if you do luck here everyone wants/needs them]

Roseanne's Research and Rare Candy now have reduced prices because they are in the POP 8 packs. Otherwise they would be around where you stated.
