what is the process that you go through to get to worlds?
 
Card won't come up so I couldn't tell you. What is the card?

To get to Worlds, you have to go to Nationals in Columbus, Ohio, get a good placing, and you'll receive an invitaion in the mail.
 
Not generally. You have to get a pass, but that's it.

The link doesn't work for me either, but shining kyogre is decently rare. Shame you pulled it now, as with the ex sets being rotated, his value drops atleast 10-20 bucks. Still 10-20 dollar card.
 
It is pretty rare due to the fact that it's a Pokemon Star card, but it's not great to use in a deck. What if your opponent has only taken 1 or 2 prize cards? And 5 energies for 60 damage? That sucks.
 
It isn't among the valuable shinies. I wouldnt expect to get more as 15 bucks off it, and even that is a high estimate.
 
Honestly max I'd pay would be about 15. Most pokemon-* aren't worth much because they are just generally bad cards, even though they are rare.
