How to get THIS deck faster?

Unfortunately, the only way to get all of those cards for a reasonable price would be to buy them as singles off ebay.
Glaceon Lv X will run you at least $20, and a lot of the uncommon trainers can be expensive and come from different sets. It looks like it can be made for under $100 though.
Also, why do you run UD Umbreon if you have no Dark Energies?

^^ I asked the same question.(no darks?)You can get all four evee by buying the new Espeon theme deck. You can get the UD Umbreon from the new Umbreon deck. Oddish and Gloom come in the new Espeon theme deck(Vileplume isn't included.). Your best bet is to trade people and buy the cards in singles(DON'T USE EBAY!!!!) Only use Ebay on some of the really rares. Here, use these websites: http://pokeorder.com/posica.html , and trollandtoad.com. Trollandtoad.com is better, but, right now it is down for maintance.

I know, Poke order is bad. I would go to card shops, they have cheap crads(Stores that have comic books and trading cards only.)
I think the best way to do so is trading. You implied you don't have a lot of money ("because I cant afford expensive cards x3"), and trading is by far the best way.
I wanted Luxchomp a lot, so I started trading through Pokebeach, and I soon got a lot of it, little by little. Prereleases, Pokemon Organized Play Events (or Play! Pokemon, know known as PP), and leagues are great places to trade if you don't want to trade online or want to trade quickly. I got about 10 cards from my deck from the Undaunted Prerelease through trading.
You can also buy singles from websites such as Troll and Toad, which is pretty cheap.
I wouldn't suggest pulling boosters, as I used to want to play Raichu, and I didn't want to pay for the X and the Raichu from SF. So I started to buy Stormfront packs. Disappointment after disappointment. I pulled every Lv. X except Raichu Lv. X, and I didn't even pull any Raichu SF. I bought so many packs that I soon had enough to make some space in my binder to make Stormfront as a separate set. (This is kind of off-topic, but I took 2 booster packs straight and got a Lv. X in each! But none were Raichu.
) I spent my money on 22-26 booster packs ($88-104) until I decided to purchase 1x Raichu Lv. X for $18 and 3x Raichu SF for $6.

Like I said earlier, your best bet is to trade. The old Leafeon theme deck from MD(Majestic Dawn) has the MD espeon in it.
