How to know what iv's pokemon have? I saw some formulas but don't get them at all. And i don't know how to use serebii etc iv calculator, because i don't know what the heck potential and others things like that means. Please help! XD

Use an IV calculator, like this one: http://www.metalkid.info/Pokemon/Calculators/IV.aspx

All asked for info should be in the pokemons "profile" thing, or can be found out easily.

That iv calculator is nice. Thanks :) but some iv's it shows impposible so what to do if thats what my stats are?

Well, first, you have to know what your Pokemon's EVs are. This does not correspond to the actual stat, but another value. The stats are based off the EVs. If you're trying to find out the EVs of your in-game team it's virtually a lost cause. The best thing to do for that is to actually check IVs of Pokemon that you already know what the EVs are. If you just caught a Pokemon, or just hatched it, its EVs are 0 in every stat.

If you don't have the time, patience,or brains to use an IV caculator(like myself) there is only one option.
Don't find out!
Yes, because he obviously started this topic to not find out his Pokemon's IVs.

No problem.
You know, unless you are battling in a competitive format, you don't really need to worry too much about IVs, EVs, and all that junk. If you're just trying for an in-game team it won't matter all that much, but if you intend to start getting involved in competitive, knowing all that useless information about stats will be a necessity.

Pokemon is very weird like that.

Yup i'm beginer in competive, so thats why i wanted to know that. And thank you you are great man.
