BW/BW2 How to Obtain the Light Ball

How do you obtain it in Black & White? Incase you're wondering, it's a held item for Pikachu that doubles both it's Atk and Sp. Atk Stats. People are saying you can only obtain it from a Pikachu in the Dream World being sent over to your Black & White game (whichever version).

WELL, it would have to be from a caught pikachu. Also, if you breed a pikachu with a lightball(female) the pichu will know VOLT TACKLE MUHAHAHAHAHAHAH. So I guess Dream world is the only way...

Yeah, I guess it's only from the Dream World... In the game, you can only get Light Ball stealing it from a wild Pikachu and it has a 1% chance of appearing on one... But since there no wild pikachus in Unova...

I suppose you would have to catch one in Emerald/HG/SS/PT/D/P,then transfer it to Black & White.
Or trade with someone that has it.

When you trade Pokemon over from those games, they can't have held items.
