I'm thinking a good Wishiwashi deck would consist of:

1 Xurkitree GX
1 Machop (GuR)
1 Machoke (GuR)

3 Brooklet Hill

4 Crushing Hammer
4 Enhanced Hammer

3 Cynthia
1 Rescue Stretcher
4 Max Potion
4 Guzma
43 + 11= 54

6 Water Energy.

What do you think, how would you play?

What's the Xurkitree for? You don't really need it to sit up front when your main attacker has 300+ HP.

Was thinking for the ability and GX attack, but then I need the energy for it.

Why Machoke as opposed to Mr. Mime?

Mr. Mime rotates soon after wishiwashi's release. Yes it would be better than machoke, but machoke can utilize Brooklet hill and prevents placed damage counters.

i'll definetly give wishiwashi a try, and yeah no reason to play machoke or xurk in your build

That's too many hammers, I think.
I'd do Wishiwashi in expanded if you wanna abuse Machoke with Maxie
