Ruling HP Deoxys (Normal) - Crystal Laser?

Crystal Laser reads:

"During your next turn, Deoxys's attacks do 40 more damage to the Defending Pokemon (before applying Weakness and Resistance)."

20 dmg

How exactly does this work?

If I attack with it once, obviously next turn it will do 60 damage. What about the turn after that? Does it continue to stack? Will it do 100 damage? Then 140?

This is probably a stupid question. Flame me if you want.

The effect of Crystal Laser only works on the next turn. The next time you use Crystal Laser, or if you use Form Change to get a new Deoxys, the attack does 40 more damage. If you use Crystal Laser a second time, the damage doesn't stack, it just means that next turn Crystal Laser (or whatever attack you use with Deoxys) will do 40 more damage.

This is not the same as Silver Wind's effect, so if you switch Deoxys out, the effect goes away. If your opponent switches, but Deoxys stays out, the attack still gets the boost.
