Strategy:
I have been hung up on this Haxorus since i saw the scan and i figure i would put something together.
But of course your Haxorus is your main attacker here for 2 energy you can knock out any Plasma Pokemon with "Strike of the Champion" or can use "Dragonaxe" for 40x for each metal on Haxorus.

Altaria in there for the added 20 dmg
Mr.Mime for any bench dmg from all the bench attackers out there

Silver Bangle with Altaria for 2x Metal or 1x Metal 1x Blend = 130 (Rare Turn 2)
Altaria 3x Metal or 2x Metal 1x Blend= 170 (Possible Turn 3)

Silver Mirror is kinda an Obvious one so you cant be attacked by Team Plasma Pokemon.

I feel as this a long stretch for a deck but i feel like this deck could be really good or really bad! Any and all Input comments are greatly appreciated!

Some suggestions:
If you are using a simulator, try Tropical Beach, since you aren't attacking turn 1. Also, you should definitely run more cards to get your pokemon out, especially since you are relying on having an Axew turn 1 (Level Ball is a good card as it also gets out Altaria and Swablu, as well as Axew and Fraxure). You definitely don't need four Energy Search; maybe just one, and perhaps run more metals than fighting since there will be times you won't be vsing a Team Plasma deck, and thus use Dragonaxe more often. Try adding Colress, more Altaria (Altaria is a really good idea) and other than that your deck is looking pretty good.
 
Alright i completely got rid of Energy Search as 16 Energy should be plenty enough to draw appon. Soo here is what i did...

- 4 Energy Search
- 1 Switch

+ 3 Level Ball
+ 2 Colress

I couldnt figure out where i could fit in More Altaria and Tropical Beach is almost Impossible to come by!
