I know that this card can be good I just dont know what to do for energy acceleration. Maybe fairy box engine, like xerneas? I dont know, looking for help. Lets see what we can do, it has potential.

This is best with Ho-oh EX, benching 3 Ho-oh EX and one water energy to Huntail, then start to hit 200 every turn.

What about Primal Kyogre? Its the most logical decision. Set up Huntail with a single energy then keep loading energy onto kyogre. This gives you two strong attacking Pokémon to use and energy acceleration with alpha growth and mega turbo. Using DCE with alpha growth would boost powerful storm damage even higher.

Tech it into a Wailord/Dusknoir deck and you have a pretty mean set up going. With Wailord/Dusknoir to soak up damage you can just spam energy on them and send up Huntail. That would be the best possible way to play this card in the current meta.

If you are looking for just a short-term "engine" then Blastoise's Deluge Ability could be a viable alternative. This Ability essentially allows you to attach as much W energy from hand as you'd like. Keep in mind, that Blastoise is a Stage 2 Poké and most likely will be rotated out post-World tournament.

In addiiton, for energy attachment acceleration (EAA), other viable (IMO) Poké choices to facilitate this capability are limited, including:

Landorus
Xerneas
Virizion EX
Yveltal

All have above-average HP as a starter and 3 are non-EX Poké which mitigate some prize lost risks. On the other hand, 2 of these Poké allow you to retrieve 2 basic energy (from your deck) and attach them to your benched Poké. Retrieving energ from your deck vs. discard pile can also be advantageous early since you may not be able to easily discard energy should you be Item-locked.

There are also a number of Poké whose attack can retrieve energy and place that energy on the same Poké (e.g., Charizard EX's Stoke attack). Good news - bad news: these Poké do provide EAA; however, they are also quite exposed too being in the active position; i.e., that Poké could be KOd and you'd lose that energy.

There is also Blacksmith, a Supporter, that can recover R energy from your discard pile and attach it to your R Poké.

Interestingly enough, Huntail's Powerful Storm attack is fueled by ANY energy type attached to all your Poké. This gives you lots of flexibility as you formulate your game and deck strategy. Imagine having Charizard EX (protects your W Poké Weakness too) as your active.. you Battle Compressor some cards (including 2 R energy) away... you Blacksmith 2 discarded R energy onto a benched 'Zard... you Stoke attack and get and attach 2 more basic energy...

@Hornleach1 suggestion of incorporating Primal Kyorge EX with its Ancient Trait and Mega Turbo can get lots of energy into play quickly. I think this is a great idea since you could also utilize some other key resources like:

Seismitoad EX - as a starting Poké to disrupt your opponent
DC energy - to provide 1 energy card attachment to 'Toad so that it can attack quickly and also fuels Powerful Storm attack
Rough Seas - counter Stadium and provides healing relief to your L and W Poké

You have several options. I'd suggest you consider them all, select a few options that fit your play style and game strategy, and playtest those options selected options till you find one you like most.

I hope you find these comments helpful.
