Hi everybody.
Please help me with this deck to make it the best it can be for my City Championships. Post any comments/questions/changes you have regarding my list. Thanks.

Deck List (60 Cards):

Pokemon (18):
3-2-3 Hydreigon (NV-NV-NV)
2-1-2 Emboar (BW07 Promo-BW17-BW20)
2-2 Ninetales (UL-HS)
1 Cleffa (HS)

T/S/S (30):
3 Junk Arm (TR)
4 Pokemon Communication (HS)
3 Rare Candy (UL)
2 PlusPower (BW)
2 Pokemon Catcher (EP)

Options:
Here are some cards I could use in my deck:
~Dragons
~More Draw power

Thank you in advance.

I would take out the 2 pluspowers. Hydregon's attack has a base of 60, and I don't see how boosting it to 70 is going to help too much. I would add a fourth Rare candy, because you run 2 stage two lines so you can get them out faster, and run a 3rd Pokemon Catcher.
Hope I helped. :)

^ Catcher isn't too important because you can snipe. I like pluspower in this deck because if you play a pluspower, you can 2hko a dragon

Exactly, PlusPower is to 2HKO a Dragon. I would like to add in the 4th candy, but I am having trouble on what to take out. Any suggestions?

I think you got enough energy grab to drop an Energy Retreval for another Candy

For the Rare Candy? Hmm... Drop both Catchers and add Rare Candy and Plus Power. Hydreigon can snipe so the Catcher wouldn't be all that useful. And if you ask me, the more Plus Power the better. You can do more damage this way, and if I'm not mistaken, this includes the Bench. Try this, it may work.

Thank you in advance.

-2-2 Ninetales (You don't need Ninetales for the draw. You just need things to give you more consistency)
-1 Switch (For Consistency - All you need MAXIMUM is 2)
-1 Energy Retrieval (Also for consistency. Even though you're running Reshiram, you want to draw only what you need)

+4 Reshiram BW (Wanted dragons? Here you go. A great fit with anything Emboar, and should be your backup attacker - with Hydreigon still being the first)
+1 Rare Candy (So you set up Emboar/Hydreigon much faster)
+1 PONT (Majorly important to run four for consistency)

Hope I helped.
