Getting back into PTCG recently, and this is my first deck I'm hoping to improve upon.
Thinking I need some catchers in there, but unsure what to switch it in for. Thoughts?

Pokemon: 20
3 Deino (PF)
3 Hydreigon (DR)
3 Zorua (DE)
3 Zoroark (DE)
3 Sableye (DE)
3 Darkrai EX (DE)
2 Absol (PF)

Trainers: 27
2 N
3 Juniper
2 Cheren
2 Cilan
4 Dark Claw
3 Rare Candy
3 Hypnotoxic Laser
3 Virbank City Gym
2 Ultra Ball
2 Pokemon Communication
1 Superior Energy Retrival

Energy: 13
10 Dark Energy
3 Psychic Energy

Advice and suggestions are much appreciated.

-3 Psychic Energy(Hydreigon is not meant to attack)
+3 Catcher(obvious reasons, these are staples in every deck)
-1-1 Zoroark
-1 Absol
+2 N
+1 Juniper(to help with consistensy)
-2 Ultra Ball
+2 Communication(you run a lot of pokemon, this)
-1 Superior Energy Retrieval
-2 Cilan(This two cards are not really necessary to this deck to work)
+3 Dark Patch(To accelerate energy via Juniper and Computer Search)

This is something I considered.. but wouldn't overall damage output seem a bit weak without the use of Dragonblast?

It's just that Darkrai should be your main attacker, having either Zoroark or Absol as non-EX attackers. Hydreigon just helps to move energy around and to take advantage of Max Potion.

I'd say remove zoroark altogether. A stage 1 attacker isn't very reliable when you already run stage 2s.
-6 Zoroark-zorua
+1 Rare Candy
-1 Absol (this card IMO is a one of)
-2 Cilan (??? why is it in here)
-2 Dark Claw (you don't need THAT much)
-1 Virbank City Gym
+1 Hypnotoxic Laser
-2 Cheren
+3 Bianca
+2 Random Receiver
-1 Superior Energy Retreival
-2 Communications (i thinned the pokemon lines)
+2 Ultra Ball
+2 Blend GFPD
+1 Enhanced Hammer
+4 Catcher
+2 Max Potion
+4 Dark Patch

So in the end YOur deck list should be like this:
3-3 Hydreigon
3 Darkrai
3 Sableye
1 Absol
=13
4 JUniper
4 N
3 Bianca
2 random Receiver
4 Hypnotoxic Laser
4 Pokémon Catcher
4 Dark Patch
4 Ultra Ball
2 Max Potion
1 Enhanced Hammer
=32
11 Dark
2 GFPD Blend
not final*

Well, if this is a Zoroark deck i would say get rid of Hydreigon. But if it's a Hydreigon deck, get rid of Zoroark.
To much stuff is going on for your pokemon. You should narrow it down a bit.

Zoroark deck:
3-2 Zoroark
2x Absol
3x Darkrai-ex
3x Sableye
===========
Hydreigon deck:
3-2 Hydreigon
3x Absol
2x Darkrai-ex
3x Sableeye

I personally don't think that's completely true. A friend of mine run a deck similar to this(except that it used no Absol) and it pulled out great, got 5-2 on my League, only I(Gardevoir/Gallade) and Big Basics beat it.

You're definitely going to want to narrow the focus of the deck down. Just because a random person did good with something similar on one day doesn't mean it will have repeatable success. In fact, it seems like it would have the opposite of it because if you cram too much in a deck, the consistency drops like a rock falling down a cliff.

For starters, you will probably have to decide whether you want a more Zoroark focused deck or a more Hydreigon focused deck using the starter Pokemon lines that Gusto83 posted. Either way you go, be sure to at least be packing one Keldeo EX to get out of Poison/Sleep from opposing HTL (can maybe even consider two). There's also a variety of techs you can put into Hydreigon to take advantage of his Ability like Cresselia EX or even Latias EX if you wanna have a little bit of fun.

dmaster out.

Actually, he can and many games he does, which is why most Hydreigon decks run Blend (P/D/R/G) energy so this can happen.

I wouldn't exactly run a Zoroark deck with the Hydra. I agree with the posts above me about how there is a bunch of stuff going on with your Pokemon lines, and I might work on that a bit. For instance, since Hydra isn't a dark type, perhaps it would be better to throw in a couple of other dark types to make it to where you do the most amount of damage possible?

One thing I also noticed was the fact that you run Cilan. Now, Cilan is actually a pretty okay card in Blastoise, due to the fact that you can search for three energy and just outright attach them. Unfortunately, you can't do that with this deck, making Cilan less a good card to run. He's okay, but I would consider a different supporter, like Skyla, to run in his stead. Skyla is especially good considering the fact that you can search for a Rare Candy if you don't have one and get the turn two Hydra.

Another thing I noticed is that you are running a high amount of Dark Claw. Dark Claw is good, but everything should be in moderation. I suggest taking out one or two of them and putting them into catchers, as you may find you draw into them when you don't need them, and catchers are a must when it comes to this format.

Speaking of which, I had an idea, but it might be considered off topic because it changes quite a bit of the strategy of the deck. What about taking out the Hydra line and the Psychic energy and putting in a Reuniclus line and a couple of Mr. Mime? You would then not use Brutal Bash as much, but instead use Dark Rush, moving as many damage counters to the Zoroark as you need to OHKO their Pokemon.
