Hi people this is a edited version of my older Hydro Pump deck. I was originally going to use Miasma Wind (Leafeon/Roserade) but there is only a week till States and stupid Paypal won't allow me to get my money (I sold a couple things on ebay) So I have to make this as best as possible (Preferably unbeatable :p) So please I need all help i can get !!! all advice is needed times 10!!
Hydro Pump (Bastoise/Feraligatr)

Pokemon- 21
4-2-4 Blastoise (2 Wash Out UL, 2 Dig Well PL)
3-2-2 Feraligatr Prime
2 Uxie
1-1 Floatzel X

Trainers/Supporters-22
4 Bebes
2 Pokemon Communication
1 PONT
2 BTS
4 Interviewers Question
4 Rare Candies
1 Luxury Ball
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Fisherman

Energies- 18
16 Water Energies
2 DCE

Strategy- Start off with any Totodile or Squirtle and hopefully Pokemon collector (if i don't have enough basic) and a rare candy hopefully get a Bebes or Pokemon Comunication and get Feraligatr to start putting on energies with interviewers and get blaistoise on so i can start tanking and Floatzel to keep them out of the discard pile!! Thanks (Also i need a way to beat LuxChomp!! Because if i have all Water pokemon that is going to hurt me real bad at states!)

RE: Hydro Pump V.2 (Blastoise/Feraligatr) All Help Needed!!! Really Badly

You need an azelf in case floatzel is prized. Try adding 1-2 more collectors. Try a 2-2-2 of feraligator. Other than that it looks ok

What should i take out for these things? And why do you think it is only ok? Thanks

Agree with Sleeping Snorlax for Azelf. Drop a Totodile for one.

-1 Totodile
+1 Azelf LA

Now for my suggestions:

-4 Interviewer's Questions
-2 Fisherman
-3 Water Energy
-2 Rare Candy
-1 Pokemon Communication

+1 Pokemon Collector
+1 PONT
+1 BTS
+1 Wartortle
+3 Spiritomb AR
+1 Palmer's Contribution
+1 Premier Ball
+1 Warp Point
+2 Seeker

Interviewer's Questions is a sub-par card, and you already have Blastoise PL to use Dig Well for the energy(I suppose you could keep one). Fisherman is not necessary because you have Floatzel X. 19 Energy is a little much, and 4 Rare Candy is too much because you run BTS. You'll only need one Communication. I added another Collector, Wartortle, BTS, and PONT for consistency(so you'll draw into them when you need to). Although you run Floatzel, Palmer's is just nice in case you cannot get Floatzel out, though Premier Ball is suggested to find it. Seeker will help you re-use Uxies. I added Spiritomb AR because it helps the evolution process to get a Blastoise set-up from anywhere to T2 to T4. It also locks decks that rely heavily on Trainers.

Hope I helped. :)

Ok, I'll try to expand my opinion a little more. Try:
Pokemon- 26
4-3-4 Blastoise (2 Wash Out UL, 2 Dig Well PL)
2-2-2 Feraligatr Prime
2-1 Uxie X
1-1 Floatzel X
1 Azelf
3 spiritomb

Trainers/Supporters-17
4 Bebes
2 Pokemon Communication
1 PONT
2 BTS
3 Rare Candies
1 Luxury Ball
2 Pokemon Collector
1 Palmer's Contribution
1 Looker's Investigation (disruption or hand refresher)
1 Premier Ball (to get a lvl X from the deck or discard pile)

Energies- 14
12 Water Energies
2 DCE
2 warp energies

Now with this you will have the Uxie X for a draw power. The 2-2-2 feraligator line is just for consistency and allows you to not need all 4 candy. The Tombs allow you to get set up with feraligator on your bench and trainer lock them. Use the warp energies to get tomb off the active spot or add an Unkown Q.
