• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Hey Folks,

I’m thinking of building a Steelix deck because I believe it has potential for Autumn Battle Roads.

Although I haven’t built this deck yet, the list provided below is what I had in mind for a Steelix variant.

If you feel I have any serious flaws with my build, please let me know, and if possible, please provide your take on how a Steelix list should look like.

Strategy: My goal is to get a Steelix to “tank” and keep him alive as long as possible with a lot of healing cards and Blissey.

You need to put the tournament you are using this in and your division in the thread title.
 
- 1 VS Seeker
- 1 Chatot
- 3 Judge
+ 4 Sableye
+ 1 PONT

Sableye as starter is great for to use Collectors or Engineer's Adjustments, and with PONT you draw more than with Judge ;)

Skarmory UD is superior to Sableye SF in this case. It can get special metals onto a benched onix T1 and helps set-up
