Yes you do, if you've already made a ref thread and followed all the rules, your thread should be approved within 24 hours.

Yes, you post your trade thread, and one of the mebers who moderate the Trade Corner will approve, or dissaprove your thread. Be patient.

Just wanted to clarify that your thread will be shown, even if you broke the rules, but it will be dissaproved, and locked till you fix the issues.
