pokemon you recieve from pal park, wi-fi, or any other types of trades in and outside of the game you cannot (without hacking) change their name. The only way of changing japanese names to english without hacking is to get a pokemon from a foreign language with the same foreign language name as it normally does and if that pokemon can evolve, the name will turn into an english name. You cant change the english name though...
