Has a POP pack, a Secret Wonders pack, and a RH Carvanha from secret Wonders. It says on the outside that it includes 1 two-card promo pack, 1 SW booster, and one promo card, but is there anything special about this Carvanha?

IDK for sure, so don't take my word for it, but here's my opinion: the carvanha is not a true promo(like from POP or something like that) but classified by the retailer as a promo b/c it's being used as a PROMOtional item.
