hey there everyone! lately i have questined myself this:
(i know its dumb)
Consider i have a Dark TTar as active, i attack and knock out the defending pokemon. Does my opponent choose a new active BEFORE the between turns phase (thus avoiding 10 damage on it, if it were basic) or has he to wait until between turns is over (therefore doing 10 damage to any basics he has on bench, even if they were eligible to be active)? thank you in advance!

Yes, your benched Baisc (only Basic) ones take 10 damage between turns.

I know that. I wanna know if the body is applied BEFORe the opponent's chooses his new active, or after.

Replacing any Knocked Out Pokemon is the last part of resolving the attack. That would mean it's still during the turn.
