1- In cards like Empoleon DP, Flygon ex d DF and Absol ex PK that have attacks with multiple targets does Plus Power, Strength Charm or Darkness Energy (in case of Absol ex) also boost the attack that target the benched pokemon?

2- Does Energy Trans from Sceptile Pop up 4 can switch Double Rainbow Energy, Holon Castform, Scramble Energy or Multi Energy?

1. In no case does damage increasers increase damage to benched. NOTHING. Except for Hitmonlee UF, when evolved. Otherwise NEVER.

2. Anything that can supply a [G] gets the green light.
