Mabye you can just make a rogue fighting deck, and if you do, I have a deck list that you can base you deck off of.

This is just a thought, but you could throw in Victini for quick energy acceleration. I don't know how helpful it would be cause I haven't looked at the promos, but you could probably even do something with Victini where you don't even need the Vileplume. Just a thought, though.
 
Meloetta will honestly just own it up in this deck. OHKO'ing Deoxys with little energy and Mewtwo with a little energy.
