Here's a deck. You get a Lanturn out with Cleffa. You get Energy with draw and Interviewer's. You attach energy to Pachirisu with it's power then move them to Lanturn with Shaymin. You get other Lanturns with energy. You hit attack things. Cool. Reversal is to kill Phanpy or Machop before they evolve.
 
Hmm Lantern? Lantern is a good card, but I'd rather play it with Gatr or Boar, with techs like Blastoise, or Reshiram and RDL respectively. Anyways the list looks solid, but I personally would do either -2 Junk Arm or -2 Switch for +2 Twins, cuz they're just so good lategame. And Redshark exports? eww. Anyways good luck with your Lanturn endeavor.
 
Hm. I see that.
In testing, I need a Fighting counter. Like really bad. Like really, really bad. Machamp and Donphan both just poke Lanturn with a stick until he snaps but then they shoot him with a .22. No joke.
Lanturn really doesn't like Donphan and Machamp.
 
I tried running a Lanturn and Steelix Prime deck, and it worked tremendously. You can also use Ampharos HS/CoL alongside them to easily get them prepared if Pachis aren't in play.
 
If choosing between Feraligatr and Emboar, I would say go with Boar. Boar at least means you can run Shuckle or something for quick draw power.
 
I am really not thinking about either of those cards because the Pachirisu/Shaymin engine is much more effective early-game.
 
Looking back at your list you have too many pachis and not enough energies. Personally I'd go -1 Pachi -2 Switch/Junk Arm for either +3 Lightning or +1 Lightning +1 Unown Dark +1 Basic Dark. What's great about that last option is that you're able to search for an energy, so I'd recomend trying it.
