Can someone gameshark the item for Arceus and trade it to me on any pokemon I will trade lv1 phione, starters from all regions except jhoto and mabye what you want. PLEASE Trade I am desperate
 
You can't trade key items. Someone would have to hack for the item, catch Arceus and trade that to you.
