Cards were wrapped up in paper, not in a toploader. They were in good condition when I got them, though.

Yes, as some people said, the cards were not in a toploader. They were wrapped up in paper and the envelope said,"Do not bend." The cards were still in great shape and quickly arrived. +1 REF!

+0 Leaving this neutral, and here's why:
He sent first, and the cards he very clearly described to me as "mint" were not at all in that condition, in fact one of the cards, Celebi* (a card that only collectors are interested in, as it's not playable, which means if it's not mint its value is greatly decreased), was quite played and was almost completely covered in scuff and scratch marks on both the front and back.
After telling him about the condition, I was informed that his friend sent out for him, and he never physically saw the card. He sent me a "make-up" level X, Palkia GE. This was also not even close to mint, as there are tons of scratches on both the front and back, and the back shows major playwear.
Probably won't trade with again unless he changes his ways, this is a little too much to deal with.
