Shiftry ex can't use dark eyes if Gardevior ex δ hits first.

GPM is correct, since shiftry's body is cancelled after imprison, no damage counters are placed.
Of course, if your opponent has 2 or more shiftry ex, damage is still done.

As Shiftry ex's Poke-body states that the damage counter only place AFTER a Pokemon uses Poke-power. If Gardevoir ex δ is to seal Shiftry ex's Poke-body first, then Shiftry ex can't uses its Poke-body.

My Answer: No damage counter.

yea, thats correct, now if there are 2 shiftry in play, garde takes 2, 3 takes 4, 4 takes 6, unless they are also imprisioned

i agree, imprison works first, 'cause the one using imprison can choose whether he gets the damage or not...
that's the advantage of you controlling the Pokémon using the poképower...

and indeed, as stated before: dark eyes states: AFTER use of poképower...
imprpisonment shuts it down first...

either way, the user of the power won't get damaged...
