Igglybuff and Seel from EX Expansion

I went to Rite-Aid and purchased a small box which contained three EX boosters and a POP8 Foil

Anyways, the boosters were: EX Power Keepers, EX Dragon Frontiers, and EX Crystal Guardians

Out of the Crystal Guardians, I pulled a prerelease Igglybuff, and out of EX Dragon Frontiers I pulled a holo prerelease Seel

Is this normal or what?

I checked if they're real, and they are.

Igglybuff is just a standard reverse holo, as it the Seel. Revere holos are guaranteed one in every pack of EX series cards. Since there isn't really much else to add to the discussion of something like this I'll be locking the topic.
