I'm a collector, so which of these cards should I get?

I have neither cards, but I have low money to spend on cards right now. I'm debating whether to buy a black rayquaza from call of legends(English) or to get the ex dragon frontiers rayquaza ex electric delta species(Japanese edition). Give me your reason. I'm a collector btw

I know that English Rayquaza d ex is about $12, and JPN would probably be higher, so go for that.

Yeah, go for the second one. I haven't heard of the CoL legendaries being worth much.

Second one, you could get the CoL one when the set is rotated out for much cheaper.
