Ruling Imprison and Electroshock ?

I was wondering if these marks put on from (DF) Tyranitar ex and Gardy ex are considered special conditions??

Is the only way to remove them is to evolve or use the Tropius card??

They are not special conditions.
And yes, those are the only ways to remove them.

mmm...and so, if a basic pokemon have Imprison Marker, and evolved the mark is removed????

I know that only whit tropius is removed.

Yes it gets removed when a pokemon evolves, de-evolves and when it is removed from play.
