Strategy:

The main idea behind this deck is setup garbodor + tool and infernape in play ASAP. Infernape is a realy cheap attacker dealing 120 damage by 2 energy, also this amount of damage allows to hit the magic number (180/170) with bangle/muscle + laserbank. The main point on this strategy is the discart of 2 energy on the Malevolent Fire, but i don't see a way to accelerate the energy attach (before flash fire release), as works with garbodor in play. Using Entei Ex for it, consumes 3 energy for attack, this will speed down the deck. Victini Ex can be a alternative, because Infernape has no retreat cost, but after Turbo energise i have to retreat Victini Ex, and i don't see room in this deck for more switching cards and discart a energy to retreat will be the same thing than a 2 turn attach.

Also Torment + garbotoxin can be a great lock on any kind of deck, if the opponent have ability, he can't attack, if have 2 attacks, I can chose the "best choice" of the opponent and prevent me of the major damage, forcing the opponent to switch. In theory sounds good, but i don't have a teste already.

Ninetales in this deck can be a tricky card, using his ability to promote key pokemons, before the garbotoxin, and he also can hit the magic number for 1 energy, but for this a head in the laser is necessary.

Bouffalant is a solid card used in many decks on the format to be a other choise to deal with Ex attackers, and he can hit the magic number on the gold breaker.

The suporters are a little problem, because I need to put many item cards, and don't have many space to manage them, also i don't have idea about an eventual replace of itens to suporters.

Downsing Machine and Shadow Triad give me a support to the trainers to put back some stuff in play, like a suporter or a laser, tool, etc...

This deck is focussed in OHKO Ex pokemon, and the bangle is for it, but has annoying non-Ex attackers with 130 or more HP, for it I run 1 muscle band.

Energy retrivial + super rod give me some stuff back, and colress machine is the energy accelaration for the deck.

When Flash Fire be released, some stuff will be replaced for blacksmiths, flame torch, pal pad and sycamore, but for now this is the deck.

Tell me wat you thing about that, i will be happy for your opinion.

Ps. I'm from Brazil, them sorry for an eventual error in gramatich, concordance or something like this...

This is an interesting deck. I like it since you use Infernape and I use an Infernape deck also. Since your main purpose is having Infernape ASAP, you can run Plasma Balls to bring him. In my deck I use mainly Random Receiver and Skyla for having what I need at a moment and be ready by the second or third turn in play. My deck is very different from yours but in all my decks my main acceleration is Skyla. You can also use a Porfessor Letter, that gives you 2 Fire Energy for being able to attack continuously two turns.

As for your doubt in testing. I do not run Garbodor or Ninteales or Bouffalant, but the idea of Torment works pretty well if the opponent has not ready build a set-up. If they manage to do the set-up they would just retreat and attack with a different Pokemon. So, dealing with your opponent should be very fast before they realize how to go against it. Blocking items would be a way to force them to only retreat. I think is a good deck, but right now it seems that you will have problems making your set-up quickly enough. Try to play with the Pokemon and items and see what really does work for you.
