They don't have to be top tier, just decks that you've played against where you thought "hey that's a cool strategy". I can think of 3.
1. Jellicent/Bellossom. Jellicents power increases the opponents retreat cost. Bellossom's attack does more damage per retreat cost on the defending pokemon, Ineffective against darkrai, but a neat idea none the less.
2. Fliptini/Liepard/RaikouEX Uses fliptini to increas the odds of assist working. Because Liepard won't have any lightning energies attached, he won't have to discard.
3. Druddigon (NV)/Dusknoir: (faced this one yesterday) Uses Druddigon to trap a pokemon then move the damage around the bench with Dusknoir to take prizes off of them. Unless you have a switch, you're trapped. Also uses rocky helmet for extra damage with Druddigon.
