Help Instances for earn CP points

Hello everyone, I am planning to play competitive this season, so I trying to figure out of there is another instances to ear CP points beside the regionals. Not sure if something has been announced or is just too early.
 
At the moment, the only tournaments that could give CP are Regionals (and I can't imagine them not giving CP or something equivalent). Cups and Challenges are not yet open with no timeline for opening.

Some of us hope January might be when we see things open up - but it's just hope and the logical connection to the new video game and the rotation, there's nothing behind that.
