Is it possible to find a Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Channel?

Hello!

I was wondering, is it possible to find a Shiny Pokemon on Pokemon Channel for the Nintendo Gamecube please? And if you find one and answer it's question correctly, will the Nice Card that you get from it be the Shiny version of that Pokemon, or will it be the normal version please?

Shiny Pokemon do not appear in Pokemon Channel.
