Help Is my booster box rigged?

Hi, guys, I need your help...

I bought 2 Guardians Rising booster boxes from eBay. The seller claimed to be "factory sealed".

However, the plastic package seems to be resealed. I opened 1 of them.

11 packs with white PTCGO code card, 6 of them are GXes, 5 Holorares

25 packs with green PTCGO code card.

Does a box guarantee 6 GX and one of them are HR/SR and 6 Holorares?

I don't think a FA/HR/SR is guaranteed (usually 0-2, but very different for different sets).
And 11 holos+URs is not so uncommon. It has happened to me. The average with highest occurance is 12, but 11 and 13 also happen.

A booster box can have roughly 4 to 7 ultra rares. secret rares included in that but however not every box with have one.

I opened 4 other boxes before this. I got 1 hyper rare per box so I thought it is guaranteed. When I see there are none in that one I panicked (>.<) Thank you for sharing your experience

p.s I opened that last box got 1 ninetails hyper rare. 4 boxes no Lele... I guess it is better to just buy cards
