Is norwegian ppl allowed...?

Hey!
I'm going to the USA soon, and I wanted to join a Battle Road or some pokemon-thing. Or isn't ppl from Norway (or any other country, but USA) allowed to join anything there?
I do speak English, so don't worry about that.

yeah of course you can play at any pokemon event you can get to!!! have fun!!! where do you think you will be playing?

You can't play on National Championships. However, you are allowed to play on any other tournament in any other country.
