Some people think because of Lucarios ability with Garchomp in play you could just search cards that way instead of wonder tagging? What do you guys think?
Is Tapu Lele Needed in the Garchomp/Lucario Deck?

Yes, absolutely, for the early game. I still run a few Ultra Balls, Brigette, and (irl) 2 Lele. If you have to dig to get to that Riolu you so desperately need to get Lucario out, then the deck isn't nearly as consistent, and having Lele in Cynthia.dek adds to that consistency. My PTCGO build of the deck doesn't have any Lele because...I don't have any Lele in PTCGO orz..... And I've noticed it takes a lot more effort to set up in that build vs Lele > Brigette > Riolu/Gible that you need to get the deck off the ground.
Lele removes a chunk of the randomness inherent to a deck of cards, and given Cynthia.dek has the room to spare, I would run *at least* one Lele.
edit: And to boot, later when your bench is mostly set up and you really don't need a Lele, it can be used as Ultra Ball or Zoroark fodder instead of worrying about dead drawing it after shuffling it back into the hand with Cynthia
