Hi, I am wondering if it is good, because I am going to buy it.Do not suggest me to buy the PS3,for me it is very bad since I can´t get any game.
BTW, is the regular one better than the arcade?I want to play online.
 
Even if I told you it was terrible, what difference would it make? You won't buy a PS3 and you seem pretty set on getting the 360.
 
Get the premium edition. It has everything you need to play online. If you buy the arcade edition then you need to buy a harddrive for $100 so either way it doesn't make a difference. But you will need to pay for xbox live. You will get free one month trials though when you register your an account. The 360 can do whatever the PS3 does except the internet and blue-ray but seriously who buy blue ray dvds when they can just buy regular ones unless your like super rich and want to waste money on useless things. The 360 you don't need a HDTV for the good graphics because they are good on standard TVs too. The PS3 without a HD TV the graphics aren't what you expected it to have.

Noob Sandwhich: 360 isn't terrible. Don't try to say "Red Rings Of Death" because it is OVER if you buy a new 360 or had your 360 sent to Microsoft after February they changed the 360 and now the Rings of Deaths are gone for unless you have the old 360s which I have but never gotten the RINGS before.
 
Master of the shadow - thanks for the information because I never said it was terrible. The little word 'if' makes a big difference when you notice it.
 
Ahem, I have 2 XBOX 360s. And, so far, it has been exceptionally amazing to have one.

Anyway, I suggest you buy the premium one, since it sets a pack for you. You won't need to buy a hard-drive.

And, one thing that makes the XBOX 360 good (There's a THOUSAND more things that make it good) is LIVE. But, one problem is that you need to pay.
 
I don't know much about it, but it is very good ( and I have had the red rings of death twice) There are some games out there with abosoltuley amazing graphics, and very good storyline all held together with fitting music. And Here's another tip, dont get the wireless remote control's unless you have a large supply of battery's, rechargable battery's ( and battery recharger) and are ready to hear ' please reconect the controller' every five seconds or at least mine does that XD. Yep their mch better than the PS3 as they have better games, however the online on it isn't free but still very cheap. The online is somewhat better than the PS3's. The Graphics are just about the sames as the PS's but as for the red ring of Death, well thats awsome! Even though it drains your life it is still worth do buy, it also drain the battery's you put in. My advice is to put in rechargable ones in or just get a connecter in the controller so you can play xBox and it would charge up the controllers aswell. It's also made by Microsoft ^___^;
 
Microsoft's aggressive marketing has made many games multi-platform. There's not much difference between the game selection when it comes to comparing the 360 and the PS3 in this regard, unless you're looking at exclusives. I don't see how the PS3 is bad. Sony's console may not sell as well as the Xbox 360, but it's not because it sucks. It does have some excellent games in its exclusives, with MGS last year and God of War this year.

Anyway, I don't have a PS3, and I do own a 360 and in my opinion, it's good. It simply depends on what games you like. Have a look around review sites like IGN and see if you like the selection of games it offers.

N00bnerd: Well for 'shoot um ups' I would still go for xbox as they have made a bit ore shooting games; Halo, Mass Effect and Crackdown etc.
 
Well if your set on a 360 then get the premium version as you already get a hardrive as for games Gears of war 2, project gotham racing and so on. In my opinion PS3 is more user friendly and also they keep giving you more. So if you have the money buy a ps3 its only a bit more expensive and plays so much better.
 
I have a 60G and a Prenioum, even 20G can hold games but if you want to have Music on there go for the 60G like me. Hope I helped a lot ^_^'
 
Ya much better then PS3 cuz u can buy XBOX Live. Much better grapichs as well especially for shooting and adventure games like the ones u like.

Ok,I have sid that there are no games of PS3 here,and if there are any they would cost me a lot.

Why is it better that you pay for it, although it is a better servie but it could be free. So you're saying that something is better if you pay for it?
 
Yeah,Dark Marc you are right.But I have Wi-Fi, so it won't cost me much.
 
Xbox LIVE is superior to PlayStation Network. I'm not biased (I own both systems), but paying less than three dollars per month (you can find 13 month cards on ebay for 40, I get them for 30 because I ebay snipe lots haha). Even if you buy it retail at 55 (simplified the tax to 10%, I know it isn't) 55/13 = 4.23 every month. That's like one less happy meal every month, lol. Not a big deal at all. One HUGE problem PS3 has is its interface...it's ugly, confusing, and tedious. On the 360 you can easily jump into friends' games, create a party, start a chat, and even jump from game to game. This simplicity isn't available on PS3 and will remain a problem until they decide to release a better interface (hint: never). As far as exclusives go:

360:

Halo series (Halo 3, Halo Wars, whatever else)

Left 4 Dead (also on PC)
The Maw (also on PC)

it's important to note some Downloadable Content is exclusive to Xbox 360, Fallout 3 (3 DLC packs) Grand Theft Auto IV (2 expansions) are worthy of mention for this
