Bronzong MD hits all pokemon with Pokepowers. I think there might be a card that hits pokemon with pokebodies but I have no idea what it is. Hope this helps.

What about Starmie LA? Hits anything with a Power or Body for 50... For only one energy.

Didn't Starmie only hit Powers?
In the end though, Dialga is your only truly viable pick, I'm afraid.

And that only effects non-SP Pokémon. Which will be -50% in the next format with Pt, BET, PF.

He strictly said BODIES and yet everyone suggests things that stops powers? That makes total sense.
LA Starmie is the only thing that I know besides Dialga that you can use. It doesn't stop the bodies, but it hits Pokemon with Poke-Bodies for 50 damage for 1 Psychic Energy.
