Is there anyway to increase the chances of getting a pokemon to join yoyr team.
I have Raikou and suicune, but no Entie.
I have the Freind area, sacred feild but after the like 20 times I have been there and beaten the Entie, he just dies and I gain the experience and also that's the end of the mission suddenly.I had to get some rescue missions so I just don't get bored while travelling through. I have wasted so much money and so many items and so many levels, I have kinda master what strategys I need to get through, I don't get hit byt the Entie either, I kill him in 2 Hits with a surf and waterfall.
Am I just THAT unlucky?
And sorry for using the word "Kill"

The two ways of increasing the chances of recruiting a Pokemon (assuming you KO it while adjacent to it) are:

1. Be as high of a level as possible. Higher level you are, the higher chance you have.

2. Have a Friend Bow equipped. This increases your chances by quite a bit!

Level 91+ and a Friend Bow increases your chances by 35% (as opposed to just being level 1), just enough to catch a Kecleon, which has a normal recruit rate of... -34.9%.

I am level 50, with a lv 46 partner pokemon. So where can I find it?

Try searching for it in every dungeon. You might get one as a reward for completing a mission. Just don't give up on getting one, and you will and don't faint while holding it, or you'll lose it.

Friend Bows are hard to come by. One appears behind a sealed door in Mt. Faraway, and they can also be found at Kecleon shops in Joyous Tower. The first way is the easiest way to do it, though the ones in Joyous Tower are good for backup Friend Bows so you don't have to go back to Mt. Faraway all over again.

For recruiting Pokemon, these are the rules. Much of this information can be found in the recruitment guide on GameFAQs.

1) Your team leader must have a high enough level to recruit the Pokemon.

lvl 0-29 Bonus: 0%
lvl 30-39 Bonus: 5%
lvl 40-49 Bonus: 7.5%
lvl 50-59 Bonus: 10%
lvl 60-69 Bonus: 12.5%
lvl 70-79 Bonus: 15%
lvl 80-89 Bonus: 17.5%
lvl 90-100 Bonus:24%

2) Your team leader must deliver the finishing blow to the Pokemon you are trying to recruit. If one of your other team members KO it, or the Pokemon KO's itself, you can't recruit it.

3) Your team leader must be adjacent to the Pokemon you KO when you are trying to recruit it. If you KO it at a distance, you can't recruit it.

4) Friend Bows increase your recruit rate by 10%, giving you a maximum recruit rate of 34% if your leader is Lv. 90 or higher. You will need this to recruit some Pokemon. The very hardest Pokemon to recruit have a recruit rate of -33.9%, giving you only a 1 in 1000 chance to recruit them.

5) You must have the friend area of the Pokemon you are trying to recruit in order to recruit it. For some legendary Pokemon, this is not necessary.

6) You must have room in your party for the Pokemon you are trying to recruit. If it has a size bigger than *, you may need to bring in fewer team members.

Yes, that WILL help, I will try most of them out and only bring one Pokemon with me, and a ton of reviver seeds and oran berrys.

Basically a Doom Seed drops your level by one, so if you throw one you drop their level by one. Sometimes the lower there level the better but not always because you get them at a bad level. Theres a link in the WonderMail generator for PMD2 Time and Darkness somewhere if your stuck on there too.

If the one from my post above does not work, it was basically supposed to be a wondermail generator so you could get some more joy seeds on your game.
