GSC Is there RNG abuse in Pokemon Crystal?

I'm not sure if this has been posted anywhere on the forums before, but is there RNG abuse for Pokemon Crystal? I'm trying to get Pokemon with perfect IVs for competitive play. Thanks!

I can't find anything for it on Smogon for that generation.

Whats RGN abuse?

RNG Abuse is basically a way to get perfect Pokemon without the use of an action replay. It is legal for VGC because it is programmed into the game, where as using an action replay is not.
