Depends. Which rare cards come with it? Generally it's a good idea, but if all you get is commons, it may not be worth it. Also, if you are a player, and not a collector, it may be a good idea to check if those cards are in the modified format.

It's okay if you get 3000-4000 Uxie LAs but if you get 3000-4000 Potions it's not.
