Is this an error?

So, I was gathering up all my oldschool pokemon cards and putting them in order, and noticed that a couple of cards supposed to be in jungle didn't have the jungle symbol on the right of the card 0_o. They were: Clefable, Electrode, and Mr. Mime. Has anyone heard about this before? Does it affect their worth in any way?
 
Some of the non first edition print runs of Jungle had the holos printed without the Jungle symbol. I myself have every one of the Jungle holos in this format (without the Jungle Symbol). I don't know how much it effects the value of the card though.
