Collecting Is This Card a Misprinted Full Holo?

Hey! I've recently got back into collecting (and playing now wooh!) And I came across a Purrloin card I pulled from a booster pack. It stands out against my other holos and full arts, and I've read that there can be misprinted holo cards on rare occasions.
The whole card has a spotted/splodge pattern and then the artwork and reverse have their own different holo patterns.
Thanks if you can help! :)

Congrats on pulling the best Pokemon card ever! (totally not biased here)

This Purrloin is part of the Radiant Collection subset, which is included within the larger Legendary Treasures set -- two cards from the subset are included in each pack. The Radiant cards have unique foil patterns, such as the one you see here. An easy way to tell if the card is Radiant is by looking at the card number in the bottom right corner; for example, this Purrloin is RC13.

Moved from the TCG Help to the Collector's Showcase, as the OP is checking whether their pull is a misprint. ~bbninjas
