Ruling Is This card Rare

Hmm...a misprint one...what pack did you get it from? Or did you get it from a trade?
 
How is it a misprint? If you could go into extreme detail that would help.

If you could provide a scan, that would help us as well.
 
Is there any missing text or symbol? Make a scan of the card so we can see the card.:)
 
Well if it's like the Lt.Surge Raichu Pre-Release misprint, that would give you at least $7,000 or so, if I remember it correctly.
 
Actually I think it is worth $700 for that card but it could be like the base Seaking and Jungle Rapidash where it says put this card on the stage 1 card . When IT IS the stage 1 card or the Dark Arbok that has the misprinted copyright dates of 1999-23000 instead of 1999-2000.:)

Dark Arbok is worth like $1. They are all like that.

And Kravenance. You mean the Base Set Prerelease Raichu...?

You realize that only the head honcho's of WoTC have them right?

Every card that was printed of Dark Arbok was printed that way. I have no idea for Dark Arbok but Dark Raichu mispeints are about $700 each I think anyway but that was a couple of years ago. I have no idea for today's prices though.:)
