So I came up with an idea for a deck. This Mega Swampert/ Blaziken EX deck looks pretty good in my eyes. Suggestions? Please let me know. I know some cards are out of rotation, but they still meet standard requierments.

M Swampert and M Blaziken are two pretty different strategies. So normally you'd focus on one of them. If you want to make a deck with them though, I think you should do this (mind you, the majority of the cards I suggested are not quite meant for a budget deck).

-1 Talonflame - While it's a pretty good card, it's terribly hard to get it out with having only 1 of them
-1 Bouffalant - It's pretty clunky and Sap Sipper useless since you have Blaziken
-1 Articuno - I'm assuming you're using this for Find Ice? With 7 Water energies and M Swampert and Blaziken being able to use colourless energy, it's not really needed.
-2 Burning Energy - None of your Fire Pokemon discard energies
-2 Splash energy - Although useful, this card's not that great when there's things like Super Rod and when EXs give up to Prize Cards
-2 Super Rod - Decks usually run one of these, maybe two. Unless you think you'll be discarding Pokemon left and right.
-2 Pokemon Ranger - This card's really a one of, it stops Chaos Wheel and Regice, sure, but if you have non-EX attackers and don't completely rely on Special Energy, Tools and Stadiums, there's honestly not much need for it.
-2 Potion - If you have Rough Seas, it's a little redundant
-1 Lysandre - It's useful, but if you can't setup and all you have are Lysandres, they can pretty much only good with stalling for time.
-3 Switch - These are only one time use so unless you're really worried about not being able to pivot, float stones are better
-3 Weakness Policy - Since you're running M Swampert and Blaziken you can pretty much already counter your weaknesses
-2 Water Energy - You have a fairly even amount of Pokemon with Water or Fire Energy requirements, so the reason I'm subtracting Water Energy and not Fire energy is to make use of your opponent's Scorched Earth by the chance that they run them.

+2 Kyurem FCO - I really like this card, sniping two Pokemon for 20 and a base damage of 40 is sweet. The only reason I don't play it is because of it needing two different types of energies to function. In this deck however, you're already using those two energies.
+4 Professor Sycamore - These are really needed for draw support and currently you don't have much.
+2 N - Good for both disruption and draw support
+4 VS Seeker - Helps you fetch Supporters in the discard.
+2 Rough Seas - The majority of your Pokemon are Water so they'll benefit from this
+1 Shaymin EX - The deck's automatically a little slow so there's no real need to have to many Shaymins to help you, but having one always helps.
+4 Double Colourless Energy - Both of your Primary attackers can make use of DCE, so it's good to include these
+2 Float Stone - Free Retreat so that you can pivot or get your Pokemon out of a dangerous situation.
+1 Hex Maniac - To defend against Giratina

Hope this helps! :)

Maybe you could also try to add in Smeargle form Breakthrough, along with Mega Turbo from Roaring Skies. Plus, to add consistency, maybe another Talonflame or two. Here are my suggestions.
-1 Switch (3 seems a little excessive)
-1 Weakness Policy (not super important, since you run two types)
-1 Pokémon Ranger (again, 3 seems like to much for this tech)
-2 Potion (not really as good as it seems...)

+1 Smeargle BKT (If you don't know what he does, he basically let's you switch a basic energy from the active with one from your discard pile)
+2 Mega Turbo ROS (Let's you attach basic energy from the discard pile to one of your Mega Pokémon)
+2 Talonflame STS (Adds consistency with getting out Talonflame)

Hope this helps you make this interesting deck!
