I saw a card on Ebay (Roserade SF). It is a rare card and it is selling for 99 cents. The seller has 100 percent good reference. If I want to buy it now it is 2.75. So is this worth it?

Well Bid for it, make sure his reference is mostly for selling not for buying and thats a good price
no it is not cards two times better than that goes for 79 cents on pokecorner
I wouldnt buy it now. Its not that good either. Also u could buy a pack for like 1.99
I wouldn't buy it...you can easily trade for a simple rare like that one, it's not real big in the format right now and considering the amount of net-deckers in this game, most players shy away from cards they actually have to work at in order to make work at in a deck
