Is World Crisis economical or social?

Does our world only go through an economical crisis? Many think that's not the case. They believe what we're experiencing is a social crisis and the economy is hurt by it.
What's your stance on this?

RE: Crisis. Economical or Social?

Would you care to elaborate on said "social crisis"? I'd like to know your stance and what you define as a crisis before I say anything. :)

I think one of the biggest things that people overlook when discussing world affairs is that happiness and prosperity is not the equilibrium of society, meaning that economic "crisis" is merely a phase in the cycle.

there's no "world crisis", and suggesting there is one shows a gross misunderstanding of geopolitics and international economics.

you literally sound like every history teacher in my school saying that the world is in a crisis with world hunger and everything else

remember America, if you look out for yourself and only yourself, nothing can touch you

well not really, but we need to keep our own bases covered

Can you please start using proper capitalization and punctuation? Thanks! ~ES

Yeah, looks like I'm in some error. Thanks for pointing out some things to me.
But if you don't mind, don't be so strict with me next time. I think I've proved myself to be quite open-minded in some cases. Am I not allowed to have a wrong opinion?
Thanks again for your statements.

A real financial crisis is when the prize of bread is about $100 million, and the value of the paper becomes more valuable than the actual money itself, as happened to Germany in 1923 for example.

You often see graphs of 'how the economy is in crisis', however they tend to not show you the bigger picture. The world economy on average has been growing for as long as we know, this is not linear though, it has its ups and downs, but compared to 10, 50, or 100 years ago we ought not to complain. The problem usually (if not always) lies within the people themselves, the more there is available, and the more choice you have, the more people expect, and the more they expect, the easier they complain. As I said before, up and downs in the economy happen all the time, today it is not the day we should worry about it, we know these little downfalls happen every now and then, it is not proper reason to go insane about. Cherish what you have, it is more than nothing, it is probably more than the vast majority in this world, and do not forget times have been worse.

An opinion can never be wrong.
