Discussion Item/Supporter Lock?

Hello There!
I was wondering how effective Item and Supporter Lock would be?...
How is it possible?
This would be achievable with the Vileplume (3/98) & Sableye From Guardians Rising as seen below.


Now how would you deal damage?
Well once August rotation hits I'm pretty sure Vileplume will be getting rotated out but for now if you are standard focused, Decidueye GX, if you are Expanded Focused, Decidueye GX/Bats.

Giratina GX (57/98)

With Giratina, you won't be getting the supporter lock, but you will be getting Stadium, Tool & Special Energy lock on the opponent, plus Giratina's immune to Mega Evolution Pokemon.

Now let's here your guys' opinions and if this would be a viable deck!

There's already a relatively recent discussion about Sableye just a page or so back, and the item/supporter lock did come up.

Yes, it´s possible! But the focus of the deck should be milling, not attacking. Use Sableye every turn, have Vileplume in the active. Include a few copies each of Team Flare Grunt, Delinquent, and Team Rockets Handiwork, and full play sets of disruption cards like Field Blower, Enhanced Hammer, and Crushing Hammer. Render your opponent completely useless and wait for them to deck out! Probably wouldn´t work too well, but if you are able to keep each of your Pokemon alive for multiple turns you could survive long enough!

Sableye has to be the active in order to attack.
