I have tested this decklist for about 5 weeks and it works preety well.

For help add a basic strategy even though its a well known deck not everyone plays exactly the same/knows the strategy. With your goal strategy people can help you better.

Your deck should be fast. I suggest -1 Twins and +1 Sages/PONT/PJ.

I play the same deck for decktesting it with other.
Try this:

-1 Cleffa
-1 Cheren
-3 Copycat (or -2 CC, but then -1 Jugde, your choice)
-1 Pokémon Catcher
-1 Lightning NRG

+1 Yanma
+3 Sage's Training
+1 Pokémon Communication
+1 Psychic NRG
+1 Magnemite

Why these changes? Cause you want to do early pressure with Yanmega (so Yanma start), Magnezone is your main attacker and your draw support and catcher is everywhere (so a KO'd Magnemite really hurts your 3-2-3 line). Sage's Training works well with Junk Arm and no Copycat is only a preference choice. I think you can also cut the cleffa down to 0 but it's only my opinion (I hate the 30hp starter >.<). Communication playset is a must to pull out the right Pokémon at the right time. Hope it helps!
