Why didn't Japan Make EX Power Keepers After the release of the Japaneese EX Dragon Frontiers? I mean seriously. They moved it to after Diamond and Parl set #2. That is really retarted. WHAT THE FREAK! That is just CRAZY!!!

Anyway, Japan wasnt supposed to get Power Keepers anyway. However, they now decided to give it to them so that the playing field is level.

As if.
 
The playing field can NEVER be level when Japan has a totally different format, doesnt get some sets AND when Worlds is completely and totally 100% American dominated. There is like, 3 americans to 1 foreigner this year.
 
Why wouldn't Japan get PK? Even if they didn't, they would have went to Worlds where it was legal. That's like us not being able to play FRLG at all, then suddenly ending up at worlds where its legal.
 
Not only they got the "Players Promo Eeveelution *'s" (look in my sig, those one's are from the Japanese Promo one's.) now they've got them again. (minus Espeon * & Umbreon*.)
I think that it's pretty unfair.
