Ruling Japanese Celio's Network, from where?

Need some help on from which series can I find the Japanese Celio's Network?

I do know that Miracle Crystal (Japanese) is Crystal Guardian's counterpart. I have already opened 2 boxes of Miracle Crystal but I cannot find a single Japanese Celio's (I had a few Windstorm, Cessation Crystal, Castaway, so I am in the right series). Could it be that Japanese Celio's is from a different Japanese release?

I started Pokemon 5 months ago and I am playing catch up on the cards now. I do know the card will probably be useful till Sep. 2008 only.
