Ruling Japanese DP4 Box Question

I am planning on buying a Night Dashing box, but I have a few questions.

1. How many Lv.X are usually in a box?
2. I have herd that there is a Foil Rare (Like Phione or Gardevoir for example) in every pack, True or False

i have heard of there being 2-3 Lv. X in a box and you can pick out a lot more holo rares than an english box.

1.Usually about 2-3 lv.X but if you're lucky you can get 4.
2.True.1 Foil rare and 2 normal Rares

By the way, there can be duplicate Lv X. I had a DP5 box with 2 Porygon Z Lv X. So I am missing a Magnezone Lv X from that box.

Oh well.
